The perfect abs that you see on television might seem impossible to get but it really isn't. As we all know getting a flat stomach requires ever-lasting exercises and strict diets, but isn't there any other easier way to define our abs?

Consider lowering your body fat percentage, if you do crunches and sit ups all day long and you still don't lower your body fat percentage it will all be useless. It's really hard to get six pack abs or at least get them showing up until you lower the  body fat percentage to about 8%. Even if you think it's really low never give up because it is achievable, you only need to exercise more often and get a proper and healthy-nutrition. (starving yourself is not the key!)
